Showrooms consisted of Metal Halide, Failing LED panel lights and T8 Fluorescent Lights. Colours were variable and the overall impression was of an old department store straight off the pages of “Are you being served”!

Issues
In some areas it was impossible to read the price labels or match colours, it was a mess with cheap circular LED panels which were nether adequate or suitable for a commercial premisses with many failing in just months of use. Lighting has to be robust to survive the long hours of operation to give consistent and long-term reliability. These where not only inadequate but unfit for purpose, they were wasting energy in shed loads
Solution
Using a Dialux lighting program Ledlights4you team were able to supply ultra reliable non glare back lit LED panels which had a lifetime or over 50,000 hours or 10 – 15 years.
The redesign of the lighting enabled Ledlights4you to improve the consistency of the lighting by over 100% at the same time reducing energy consumption by 80%
In the Trade and stores areas individual Microwave Occupation Sensors on the LED lighting we can program the lights to react to daylight, sensitivity, duration or hold time, switching out lights when an area is unoccupied, making maximum use of energy saving.
These were positioned to give an even light distribution so that factory changes in the future will not require any movement of lights. Even the outside flood lighting at Barnet is on sensors reaction to both movement and daylight.
Our HBD LED Microwave sensor LEDs (smart) can be set up using a hand held remote with preset settings making them easy to adjust from the ground. (as shown in our Boyriven Video)
